| 1. Big G | Vee-ery long hyzer on the bottom of the christmastree alley. This is a very nice, landscaped hole, but try to keep off the area of small trees outside of the fairway. |
|
| 2. Truth or Dare | The
beginning of the hole is either tight straight or an unhyzer. Here we
see the truth: Can you shoot straight or do you get a dare, when you
try to throw an annie and get in the rough of high hay on the on the
left side of the fairway. |
|
| 3. The Giant Log | Straight,
a bit hilly and a short deuce or die. Getting on the fairway ain't that
easy.
The beginning of the hole is a bit swampy, so earlier before the nice small bridge a big tree had been
felled over the the wet area. |
|
| 4. Wolfdogs | A narrowish, long anhyzer hole, where the
fairway gradually broadens to an opening. The green is a few meters
lower than the tee. |
|
| 5. The Wild Boar |
An S-shaped hole, where at the halfway of the fairway there lies a 2 by
3-meter window near the ground.
You better make your shot go thru that, if you want to get at least a
par. After the window there is a drop of at least 3 meters towards the
basket, which lies in the center of a small opening. The clearing is
surrounded by very thick bushes. |
|
| 6. The Mother of the all Ravines |
An acehole, straight as a bullet. Deuce or throw your bag. If the
stream on the left sucks your throw or you knock the trees on the
right, you´d better take a good sip of your strongest energydrink. From
these thickets you can easily get disasterous results on you card...
|
|
| 7. On the Edge | A Short, straight and narrow fairway that ends on the edge of the ravine. Deuce or die... |
|
| 8. Indiana Jones | of
the signature holes of the course. Here you have to throw through a
narrow, straight passageway over the 10-meter deep, V-shaped canyon.
The results are most probally bethween 2-8. |
|
| 9. The Abyss | Alight
anhyzer and All the players hope that no one gets stucked in the ravine
on the left for a long while. Most probably the discs, however, skip to
the flat, safe ground on the right, a very convenient place for the
next shot towards the basket. |
|
| 10. Wormhole | This hole is tight, long and straight.
The shot has to go straight on the middle or you are in the trouble
outside the about 2 meters good fairway. This is a strong boogie. |
|
| 11. Up to the Sky | Straight uphill hole, where you have to at first make your throw to fly over the earthbank.
If you are still in good powers at this stage, you can probably use an upsidedown or a forehand throw. |
|
| 12. Transsilvanian Spruces | One
of the most photogarphic holes on the course. You get the greatest
pleasure of this one, when you basicly hyzer it. It is thrown from the
farmyard, that is about 20 metres higher tha the basket. The throw has
to fly licking the spruces if you wish to hit the 2 by 3 meters window
near the ground or take your luck and wish that the shot wooshes
somehow thru the thick brances to the opening inside the spruce forest. |
|
| 13. Down the stairs | This hole is a narrow, straight, 3 meters low and sinking tunnel. You can snap a sharp putt down the
fairway. You'd better not get out of it, since it means most probably a few shots more. |
|
| 14. Beat the Beaver | The
beginning of this hole reminds a bit former hole. This fairway broadens
though towards the end and on the left runs a rapid stream. The basket
lies on the left side of the cape next to the stream. You gotta decide
if you try to annie or hyzer it and with both of them you can easily
end up in the stream or even on the OB behind it. |
|
| 15. "Don't push the river..." | The
other signature hole of the course is straight and broad. It also sinks
a bit towards the basket.
The true challenge of the hole is the stream, that is S-formed and the
first visual cape, which is OB. The basket lies on the second cape and
the OB-stream lurks again a few meters behind the pin. The geniously
morbid positioning of the pin combined with the beautiful stream
landscape makes your breath stop awhile when you are throwing or makes
the disc grasp on your hand.
|
|
| 16.Death Angel Mushroom | Straight hole, where the green is a few meters higher than te fairway. Deuce or die... |
|
| 17. Inari | Throw
either S or basichyzer. On the left distracts the oiver 4 meters high
hill the S-throw.
It´s the same hill where lies the guesthous. You can open near the
wall, approach downhill and sink third in the basket, but that's not
enough for the player.
He swings basic hyzer verging on the bushy spruces. If the disc hits
something on the way, it usually lands in ruff after the trees, in the
green lake "as deep as it´s long..." (trad. finnish song Lake Inari) or
even far right in the streamravine. With a good luck or wind you can
hit spruce near the basket and birdie the hole. |
|
| 18. Old Maple | It's either a mild hyzer over neighbours fields (OB) or unhyzer bethween wall of firewood behind the club house. After the house on the left is Driving Range (OB) and your better keep out of there. The basket is behind a very big mapletree that dominates the landscape. |
